A complete set of Bidding documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in). For logging on the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user Id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date along with duly filled in questionnaire for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

Qualifying requirement  for bidder

QUALIFYING REQUIREMENT FOR BIDDER

 

 

1.0              The bidder must have successfully executed the job of manufacturing & supplying of at least 01 no. 2 MVA or higher capacity, 11/0.433 kv Dry Type Transformer to Power sector or any other industry during last seven (07) years ending last day of the  month previous to the one in which applications are invited which should be either or the following:-

 

Three similar work each costing to not less than Rs.8.80 lakhs.

OR

           Two similar work each costing to not less than Rs.11.00 lakhs.

OR

           One similar work costing to not less than Rs.17.60 lakhs.

 

2.0       Average annual financial turn over  during last three (03)  year  ending 31st March of the previous financial year should be at least Rs.44.00 Lacs.

Note :

  1. The Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.

 

  1. In cases audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available, certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall also be considered acceptable.

 

  1. The word "executed" means that the bidder should have achieved the progress specified in the QR even if the total order is not completed / closed. The same shall be supported by documentary evidence issued by the owner.

 

  1. Similar works means "Manufacturing & Supplying of at least 01 no. 2 MVA or higher capacity, 11/0.433 kv Dry Type Transformer .

 

2.0         GENERAL REQUIREMENTS (to be furnished)

i)                    Copy of Sales Tax Registration & latest clearance certificate

ii)                  Copy of latest NSIC / SSI certificate duly attested by Notary

iii)                Latest audited Annual Report / Balance Sheet

iv)                Proof of being manufacturer.

v)                  Details of In-house Testing facilities.

vi)        Orders-cum-execution copy in support of QR.
