A complete set of Bidding documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in). For logging on the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user Id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date along with duly filled in questionnaire for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

Qualifying requirement  for bidder

QUALIFYING REQUIREMENT FOR BIDDER:

1.0              The bidder must have successfully executed the job of manufacturing & supplying of 1.1 KV GRADE MULTICORE PVC INSULATED CONTROL CABLE to any Power Plant of 100 MW capacity or more  during last seven (07) years ending last day of the  month previous to the one in which bids  are invited  and should be  either of the following:-

Three similar work each costing  not less than Rs.11.22 lakhs.

OR

           Two similar work each costing  not less than Rs.14.02 lakhs.

OR

           One similar work costing  not less than Rs.22.44 lakhs.

2.0       Average annual financial turn over  of the bidder during preceding  three  financial year as on the date of bid opening shall not be less Rs.112.20.

Note :

1. The word "executed" means that the bidder should have achieved the progress specified in the QR even if the total order is not completed / closed. The same shall be supported by documentary evidence issued by the owner.

1. The Other income shall not be considered for arriving of annual turnover.

1. In cases where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available, certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall also be considered acceptable.

1. Similar orders means "Manufacturing & Supplying of 1.1 KV GRADE MULTICORE PVC INSULATED CONTROL CABLE to any Power Plant of 100 MW capacity or more .

2.0         GENERAL REQUIREMENTS (to be furnished)

i)                    Copy of Sales Tax Registration & latest clearance certificate

ii)                  Copy of latest NSIC / SSI certificate duly attested by Notary

iii)                Latest audited Annual Report / Balance Sheet

iv)                Proof of being manufacturer.

v)                  Details of In-house Testing facilities.

vi)        Orders-cum-execution copy in support of QR.
