Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding
documents.

Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
Bidders are required to fulfill the following:--
b.Two contracts with minimum floor area not less than 1200 Sq.Mtr. each
1.2 a. The bidder should submit documentary proof of having executed the works mentioned at 1.1 above.

c.Three contracts with minimum floor area not less than 960 Sq.Mtr.each
1.1 The bidder should have executed works comprising of RCC framed structures including finishing works, plumbing and sanitation
with building floor area as detailed below, as per CPWD specifications and relevant IS codes during last seven (07) years, as on the
date of bid opening:
a.Single contract with minimum floor area not less than 1920 Sq.Mtr.
b. The bidder should have independent PF code issued by RPFC, valid PAN number and Service tax registration.
