1.0 NTPC invites on-line bids from eligible Bidders for aforesaid package, as per the scope of work briefly mentioned hereinafter:

3.0 Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at DADRI or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not

allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0 Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail Please refer c-folder for details scope of work and other tems and conditions of tender documents.

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders: QUALIFYING REQUIREMENT [QR] FORMAT (Bidder shall fill-up and furnish the documents in support of meeting the stipulated qualifying requirement of tender notice with

1.1The bidder should be a Gas Turbine Manufacturer/ Manufacturer of Gas Turbine Mixing Chamber/ refurbishment agency of Gas Turbine Mixing Chamber and should have carried out/ got carried out Refurbishment/ Manufacture of at least two (2) nos. of the said components of Silo type of Gas Turbines having minimum rating of 98 MW ISO at Turbine Inlet Temperature (TIT) of 990 Deg. C

Minimum, which should have completed successful operation of at least one Hot Gas Path Inspection (HGPI) or Major Overhaul (Minimum 15,000 EOH)AND

1.2Bidder must either himself possess or have legitimate access for the necessary technology of refurbishment of Mixing Chamber of

Siemens make Gas Turbine model No. V94.2 of Dadri Gas Power Station having ISO rating of 142.42 MW at TIT of 1060 Deg. C.

The Bidder at his option can also outsource any of the activities required for refurbishment of mixing chamber subject to the

condition that the chosen outsourcing agency by the bidder also have the necessary technology for refurbishment of Mixing chamber

of siemens make Gas Turbine Model No. V 94.2 of Dadri Gas Power Station having ISO rating of 142.42 MW at TIT of 1060 Deg.

1.3The bidder can be a licensee of Authorized Agent of Gas Turbine Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). In such case, the

bidder can be considered qualified based on the experience of the Principal who meets the requirements mentioned at 1.1 & 1.2 above

provided the bidder furnishes a Joint Deed of Undertaking (in the prescribed Performa) along with such principal.

1.4NTPC has the right to access the capability and capacity of the bidder for carrying out the refurbishment of Mixing Chamber of V

94.2 Gas Turbine for its Dadri Gas Power Station.

1.5The average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the last three years ending 31st March of previous financial year should

not be less than Rs. 121.58 Lakhs (Other income will not be considered for turnover).

Note: 1. The Bidder is requested to provide the documents and the details related to each and every requirement of qualifying

requirements and indicate the same in the format.

2. If any of the activity is to be outsourced, the details of the sub supplier/contractor may also be provided on the enclosed

questionnaire as per above clause 1.2 for qualifying requirements.

8.0 Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the Invitation For Bids (IFB) for the subject package

without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
