3.0 Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at New Delhi or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0 Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail for Raising of Road level: The Scope of work includes taking of existing levels of the ring road net work and recording the same for arriving the levels in level book of the standard format. The work involves raising of existing road net work around PMI. The work has to be executed as per BOQ, drawings released for construction and as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge. The work includes removal of shrubs, construction of drain, concreting , laying of hume pipes, kerb stone and connecting the drain pipes to main sewer/ drain , path ways, raising of manholes, digging of bore well for rain water harvesting , removal of steel gratting, fixing of new steel grill /grating etc and carriage of surplus earth/ building materials etc . The rate shall include all service tax, VAT, Sales tax. AMC for interior works: This work is basically of maintaining of interior works and consists of different items in desired quantities to be executed as andwhen required basis at PMI, Sector-16A, Noida complex. The work may be at different heights and the interior furniture's and fixtures are in different geometrical shapes and dimensions. Nothing extra shall be considered for heights and shapes and sizes. Quantity of item to be executed may be of very small which agency will execute as desired by Engineer-In-Charge. The rates quoted shall include all service tax, VAT, Sales Tax, Labour, Material etc. required to complete the job.

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

7.1) The bidder should have executed any of the following Civil Maintenance / Renovation/ Construction of building or mass concreting work during preceding seven years as reckoned from the date of techno-commercial bid opening:

#One work of value not less than Rs 90.40 Lac (Rs Ninety Lac Forty Thousand only)

OR

#Two works of value not less than Rs 56.50 Lac each (Rs Fifty Six Lac Fifty Thousand only)

OR

# Three works of value not less than rs 45.20 Lac each (Rs Forty Five Lac Twenty Thousand Only)

The work #executed# mentioned above means the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified above, even if the total contract

is started earlier and/or is not completed/closed.

In case of contract under execution, the value of work executed till the date of bid opening as certified by Employer shall be

considered

7.2 The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three financial years as on date of techno-commercial bid opening

shall not be less than Rs 153.86 lac

(Rs One Crore Fifty Three Lac Eighty Six Thousand only)

NOTE:

While computing the annual turnover, other income shall not be considered.

In case, where audited results for the last preceding financial year is not available, certification of financial statements from a

practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable.

8.0 Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any

reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
