Eligibility Criteria

 

1.       Agencies must have successfully executed the similar works as follows:

a)       Single order of 80% value of respective categories.

                                      OR

b)       Two orders of 50% value of respective categories.

                                      OR

c)       Three orders of 40% value of respective categories.

                                      

2.       Average annual turnover of the Agency in the preceding three financial years as on the date of application shall not be less than upper band of respective categories(50 Lacs for Cat-A, 25 Lacs for Cat-B, 10 Lacs for Cat-C).of works.

 

3.       Agencies will apply along with DD worth Rs. 500/- drawn in favour of NTPC Ltd. Payable at Raipur.

 

4.       Agencies may apply against more than one category. However each application should accompany separate DD of above value.

 

5.       Agencies will enclose following credentials for our scrutiny of their application.

a)       PF Code registration No.

 

b)       Audited Profit and Loss account and Balance Sheet for the last three financial years(Certified by Auditor).

 

c)       Three Nos. of executed order of highest value during last seven(07) years, cutoff date last day of month previous to NIT date.

 

d)       Completion Certificate/Final bill accepted by client of executed orders.

 

e)       Income return copy for last 3 years.

 

f)        Sales Tax Regn. No.
