3.0 Bid Security and
Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope
separately offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at
the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and
Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the
employer and shall not be opened.
4.0 A complete set of
Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment
(non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of
a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of
NTPC Ltd., Payable at VISAKHAPATNAM or directly through the payment gateway at
our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart).
For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM
user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire
available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com).
First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at
least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith
duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code
and SRM user id/password.
5.0 Brief Scope of Work
& other specific detail SUPPLY & COMMISSIONING OF AUTOMATIC
MICROPROCESSOR BASED THERMOGRAVIMETRIC ANALYSER FOR COAL LABORATORY Reverse
Auction is applicable on loaded price. IMPORTANT NOTE: Bidders to refer long
description in Item text please for Technical Specifications. These salient
technical features are mentioned only to facilitate the prospective bidders to
prima-facie understand the requirements under the tender and shall not in any
way limit or alter the scope of work and technical features/specification of equipment/system/services
covered in bidding document. Detailed provisions in regard of scope of work and
technical features/specification of equipment/system/services, contained in the
bidding documents shall be final and binding.
6.0 Prospective bidders
from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of
purchase of bidding documents.
7.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
The bidders are required to fulfill the following:-
1. A) The Bidder should be either manufacturer or Authorised dealer of the manufacturer of automatic thermo
gravimetric Analyser of coal samples as per ASTM/IS
standards (for proximate analysis of coal) with capacity to analyse
minimum 19 samples simultaneously with sensitivity less than (+/-) 0.1 mg,
weight loss / gain range of 0 to 100% and furnace temperature range up to 1000 degree
Celsius.
B) The bidder should have executed orders for at least
two numbers of the above instrument during the last six (06) years as on last
date of the previous month from the date of publication
of NIT (out of Two instruments supplied, one instrument should have been supplied
during the last three years as on last date of previous month from the date of
publication of NIT) and should produce documentary proof of having executed the
purchase order and also submit the performance certificate from the customer
that the instrument is working satisfactorily.
2. Financial Criteria: The average annual turnover of the
Bidder, in the preceding three (3) financial Years as on the date of bid
opening shall not be less than Rs. 63 Lakhs (Rupees
Sixty Three Lakhs only).
8.0 Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not
construe that bidder is considered qualified.
9.0 NTPC reserves the
right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject
package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no
bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.

Following bidders are exempted from Tender Fee and EMD by
submission of valid registration certificates as below.

Tenderers seeking exemption should enclose a Photocopy of valid
registration certificate preferably attested by Gazetted
