NOTICE FOR ENLISTMENT OF AGENCIES/CONTRACTORS FOR “FMS/HELPDESK SERVICES AT SCOPE COMPLEX & PMI” FOR A PERIOD OF 03 YEARS.

1.0

NTPC invites application from reputed and capable agencies for enlistment of contractors for “FMS/Helpdesk services at Scope complex & PMI” for a period of 03 Years.

 

2.0

Cost of  Application Form

` 1125.00  per set for bidders in the form of DD / Pay Order drawn in favour of NTPC Limited payable at Noida / New Delhi or through online payment gateway of NTPC tender website.

 

3.0

From 17/02/2014 to 11/03/2014  

From 10.00 hrs to 17.30 hrs ( IST)

5.0

QUALIFYING  REQUIREMENTS  

 

5.1

For Category – A :   Upto Rs. 25,00,000.00

 

5.1.1

The bidder should have executed any one of the following ‘similar’ works in India in preceding five years as on the date of bid opening:

Three  Works of value not less than  Rs. 5 lakh (Rupees Five lakh only) each

OR

Two Works of value not less than  Rs.6.25 lakh (Rupees Six lakh twenty five thousand only) each

OR

One Work of value not less than the Rs. 10 lakh (Rupees Ten lakh only)

Note:

1.1   “Similar Work” means ‘Supply, installation and Commissioning of PC/laptop & peripherals OR FMS/Helpdesk services which includes PC/laptop & peripherals and/or networking.’

1.2   The word “executed” means the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified even if the total contract is started earlier and/or is not completed / closed.

1.3    In case of orders under execution, the value of work executed till the date of bid opening as certified by the Client shall be considered.

 

5.1.2

The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three financial years as on date of bid opening should not be less than Rs. 6.25 lakh (Rupees Six lakh twenty five thousand only).

Note:

2.1 While computing the annual turnover other income shall not be considered.

2.2 In case where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable.

 

5.2

For Category – B :   From  Rs. 25,00,001.00  to Rs. 50,00,000/-

 

5.2.1

The bidder should have executed any one of the following ‘similar’ works in India in preceding five years as on the date of bid opening:

Three  Works of value not less than  Rs. 15 lakh (Rupees Fifteen lakh only) each

OR

Two Works of value not less than  Rs. 18.75 lakh (Rupees Eighteen lakh seventy five thousand only) each

OR

One Work of value not less than the Rs. 30 lakh (Rupees Thirty lakh only)

Note:

1.1   “Similar Work” means ‘Supply, installation and Commissioning of PC/laptop & peripherals OR FMS/Helpdesk services of PC/laptop & peripherals and/or networking.’

5.2.2

Note: The Date of bid opening means the last date of receipt of completed Application forms.

 

6.0

The agencies/contractors shall be required to submit their request for enlistment on the “Application Form” along with supporting documents as evidence in support of meeting the QR.

 

7.0

Notwithstanding anything stated above, the Owner reserves the right to assess the capabilities and capacity of the Bidder / his collaborators/ associates/ subsidiaries/ group companies to perform the contract, should the circumstances warrant such assessment in the overall interest of the Employer.

 

8.0

IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS TO BIDDER

 

8.1

The prospective agencies/contractors meeting the above qualifying requirements should apply on the “Application Form’ along with supporting documents as required above for enlistment. The application form should be submitted at the address mentioned below either by post or in person.

Agencies/Contractors in order to be able to download the ‘Application Form’ shall be required to compulsorily register themselves with the NTPC website which shall be a one time process.

 

8.2

The registered prospective agency/contractor who wish to download the ‘Application Form’ shall be prompted to enter his user id & password. Subsequent to entering of user id & password and acceptance of the same by the system, the prospective producer shall be routed to payment gateway for making payment towards cost of ‘Application Form’. On successful payment of cost of ‘Application Form’ and the details of the prospective vendor shall be authorized to download the  ‘Application Form’ and the details of the prospective producer shall be stored by the system

 

8.3

A complete set of  ‘Application Form’  may be purchased by any interested vendor on submission of a written application and payment (non refundable) of the cost of the ‘Application Form’ as mentioned above in the form of a Crossed Account Payee Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of NTPC Limited, payable at Noida/New Delhi.

 

8.4

The ‘Application Form’ can also be downloaded from http://www.ntpctender.com on registration and on-line payment (non refundable) towards cost of bidding documents and the downloaded documents can be used for ‘Application Form’ purposes.

In case the registered vendors who have downloaded the ‘Application Form’ require an additional manual copy of the  ‘Application Form’ then such vendor shall be required to purchase the manual copy of the ‘Application Form’ following the procedure detailed above.

 

8.5

Issuance of ‘Application Form’ to any vendor shall not construe that such vendor is considered to be qualified; ‘Application Form’ shall be submitted at the address given below.

 

9.0

GENERAL CONDITIONS

 

9.1

Responses submitted by vendors who do not meet the qualifying requirements, or incomplete ‘Application Form’, will be rejected.

 

9.2

NTPC reserves the right to verify any claims made by vendors and to carry out a capability assessment. The decision of NTPC shall be final in this regard.

 

9.3

NTPC also reserves the right to accept any proposal or to reject all proposals at any time prior to any short-listing, without incurring any liability or without any obligation to inform the affected party of the grounds for such decision.

 

9.4

NTPC will not be responsible in any way for late receipt of request for  ‘Application Form’ due to any postal delay or delay in any form in transit.

 

9.5

Prospective Producers from U.P State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of ‘Application Form’ from office of NTPC.
