4.0 A complete set of
Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder free of cost. EMD as
mentioned above in the form of a crossed account payee demand draft in favour
of Nabinagar Power Generating Co. Pvt. Ltd. Payable at Barun,
DISTRICT: Aurangabad, Bihar should be submitted along with Bid.
For logging on to the website, the bidder would require User ID and
Password which can be generated by him at the site (www.ntpctender.com) by registering.

a) MSME / Small
Scale Industries registered for similar work with the National Small Scale
Industries Corporation shall be exempted from payment of Earnest Money
Deposit. SSI units registered with Bihar State SSIC are also
entitled for exemption of EMD.
b) MSME / Small Scale Industries (SSI)
registered with National Small Scale Industries Corporation (NSIC) or Directorate
of Industries, Bihar State shall be exempted from payment of Security
Deposit up to the monetary limit for which the unit is registered with NSIC /
Bihar State Directorate of Industries.
c) Tenderers seeking exemption should enclose a
photocopy of valid Registration Certificate giving details such as validity,
stores and monetary limits.
Qualifying
Requirements:
The bidders shall
have to meet the following Qualifying Requirements (QR) failing which bid shall
be liable for rejection:

The required make
are :
Whirlpool/Voltas/Carrier/Godrej/Hitachi/Panasonic/Onida/LG/Samsung/
Bluestar/Haier/Daikin/Videocon.
Vendor should be manufacturer of either of the above makes. Any authorised
delear of above make shall also be eligible provided that a copy of valid
authorization from OEM shall be submitted along with the bid by the indenting
Vendors in support of meeting the qualifying requirement as stipulated above.
Note:
In the event of response of qualified vendors
is found to be less than Ten in any of the categories, NPGC shall have right to
augment the vendor list based on available information/ data in regard to the
stipulated qualifying requirement.
