3.0 Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at DADRI or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not

allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0 Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

"Construction of Concrete Road from Gate No.02 to TP-3 at NCPS Dadri"please refer c-folder for details scope of work and other term and conditions of contract.

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

NIT Clause No. Qualifying requirements as per NIT Documents submitted Please specify the requirement meet Page No.2.1 Bidder should either be a company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 or a partnership/ proprietorship firm.

2.2 The bidder should be registered/ working with any public sector undertaking/ Govt. / Semi Govt.organization OR a reputed private company/Organization.

2.3 The average annual financial turnover of the bidder in the preceding three financial years, as on date of techno-commercial bid opening, should not be less than Rs.183.24 lakhs.

2.4 Bidder should have successfully executed during the last seven years ending last day of month of previous to the one in which applications are invited, either of the following:

a) Three similar works of construction of concrete road each having contract value not less than Rs. 48.35 lakhs excluding the cost of free issue material or any civil construction work each having not less than 1165 cum of cement concrete work. OR

b) Two similar works of construction of concrete road each having contract value not less than Rs. 60.44 lakhs excluding the cost of free issue material or any civil construction work each having not less than 1455 cum of cement concrete work. OR

c) One similar works of construction of concrete road each having contract value not less than Rs. 96.70 lakhs excluding the cost of free issue material or any civil construction work each having not less than 1800 cum of cement concrete work.

Note : The term #similar work# mentioned in above Para means that the bidder should have successfully executed contracts of construction of concrete road of value mentioned as above or any civil construction work having cement concrete work of qty. as mentioned above.

2.5 Bidder should have a valid Provident Fund Code Number& PAN from IT Department and Service Tax Registration. The bidder is requested to provide the documents and the details related to each and every requirement of qualifying requirement and indicate the same in the format. We hereby certify that we meet the specified qualifying requirements of tender notice under clause No. ________. (Sign. of Contractor)

8.0 Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
