Brief
Introduction: National Capital Power
Station (NCPS) is having its operational units of 4x210MW and 2x490 MW
(Thermal), 4x131MW+2x146.5MW (Gas based combined cycle) & Solar Power plant
of 5 MW. It is located about 25kms from Ghaziabad and 60Kms. from New Delhi.
NTPC Dadri
invites sealed applications from eligible vendors for enlistment of following
works for a period of three (3) years. For details please refer Annexure- II:

Qualifying
Requirements for the enlistment of vendors for the work mentioned in Sl. No. 1
as mentioned above:
1.0
The
bidder should either be a company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 or a
partnership/proprietorship firm.
1.1
The bidder should have PF registration certificate.
1.2
The bidder should have Service Tax registration certificate.
1.3
The bidder should have Permanent Account Number (PAN)
1.4
The bidder should meet Qualifying
Requirement for turnover criteria & similar order value criteria specified
for different categories of works as given in Annexure II
The application form can
be purchased from Contracts Department at NTPC Dadri, PO Vidyut Nagar on any
working day from 17.01.2014 to 18.02.2014 between 10.00 AM and 4.00 PM after payment
of Rs 675/- in favour of M/s NTPC Ltd payable at Vidyut Nagar/Ghaziabad or can
be downloaded from website www.ntpctender.com or www.ntpc.co.in. Last date of submission of application
along with all requisite documents to the address mentioned below is 04.03.2014.
Application
Fees, Annexure and other relevant information
The details of the Application fees &
Annexure are elaborated hereunder:-
1) Application fee: Application form to be purchased by the vendor after the
payment of application fee of Rs 675.00 in the form of Pay order or
Demand Draft or Banker's cheque only in favour of NTPC Ltd., payable at
Ghaziabad or Vidyut Nagar. No other mode of payment is acceptable.
Note
1: Applicants applying for
multiple jobs need to pay only single application fee.
2) Documents Required to be Submitted by
the Vendor (ANNEXURE-I):- The applicants have to furnish all the
requisite documents as mentioned in Annexure-I along with necessary documents
on or before 04.03.2014.
3)
List of work packages for which vendor enlistment is envisaged. (ANNEXURE-II)
Note:
a)Vendors
applying for enlistment for packages in higher category, (say A1, A2,A3 etc) if
they so desire (request in writing) will also be enlisted for the same packages
under lower value category without requiring to resubmit documents if they meet
QR for higher category.
b) Vendors
applying for enlistment for packages in higher category works but not meeting
QR shall be considered for lower category works, if they so desire/ request in
writing.
4) Application format for registration of vendors (Annexure-III):-
The prescribed Application Format enclosed herewith should be duly filled in by
all the applicants for the applicable/ relevant clauses.

Covering letter to be enclosed with the Enlistment application form (ANNEXURE-IV)
6)
Format for NTPC
Fraud Prevention Policy (ANNEXURE-V)
7)
Format for
providing details of Class III Digital Signature and e-tender user id &
password (ANNEXURE-VI)

Electronic Fund Transfer (ANNEXURE-VII)
7) How to Apply:
a) Interested
applicant should submit completed application form as prescribed duly filled in
along with all the documents as elaborated above and signed along with covering
letter duly self attested. (Format of
the Covering letter enclosed in Annexure-IV). Vendor should attach separate
sheets for enlistment for Category A, B, C works.
b)
The application for vendor
registration complete in all respect should be sent in a sealed envelope
super-scribing “Application for vendor enlistment against Ref.No. NIT No. CS/Enlistment/NCPS/02/2013-14 dtd 04.01.2014 for --- --- ----
---- --- ---- --- - (name of the work or Group Of works) “on or before 04.03.2014

General Note:
a) Any
information/data furnished by the Applicant found to be incorrect or false or
misleading at any point of time would render him liable to be debarred from the
Enlistment. The information sought shall be filled in completely and wherever
not applicable it should be written as “Not Applicable”.
b) NTPC
reserves the right to cross check and confirm the information /details
furnished by the Applicant.
c) The applicant shall strictly adhere to the “Fraud Prevention Policy” of NTPC
displayed on its tender website. (Format
also enclosed in ANNEXURE-V)
d) Notwithstanding
anything contained in this application for Enlistment, NTPC reserves the right
to accept or reject any application and
annul the process and reject all applications at any time without any liability
or any obligation for such acceptance, rejection or annulment without assigning
any reasons
e)
NTPC will process all future
procurements / contracts through e-procurement / e-tender only. All the interested applicants should have
required facility for the same. The vendors seeking enlistment should possess
class III Digital Certificate, with company name.
In case bidders are not SRM compatible (not
having Class III Digital Certificate), they should furnish the attached Form
A complete in all respects.(ANNEXURE-VI)
f) Proposed enlistment will be valid for 3
years.
g)
NTPC reserves the right not to enlist vendors/ restrict enlistment to
certain categories only, based on the past performance of the vendor at
NTPC Dadri.
h) While
the validity of the proposed enlistment is for three years, However NTPC reserves the
right to review the enlisted vendors and to add/delete vendors during
enlistment period after following due procedures.
i) The
contractors who are already working and/or worked earlier in NTPC/Dadri are
also required to apply according to the above procedure failing which their
names will not be considered.
j)
Based on the details furnished by the intending vendors,
NTPC will evaluate the capacity & capability of the vendor with respect to ORGANIZATION, TECHNICAL EXPERTISE,
FINANCIAL SOUNDNESS AND PAST EXPERIENCE to enlist the vendors. NTPC’s
decision shall be final in this regard.
