Mode of payment

(a)  Online:-A complete set of bidding documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder directly through the payment gateway at our SRM site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in). For logging on the SRM site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user ID/Password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First  time users who have not vendor code are required to approach NTPC Kahalgaon at least three working days prior to document sale close date alongwith duly filled questionnaire for issue of vendor code and SRM user ID/Password.

 

(b)Offline:- in case the vendor is willing to purchase tender document offline then a DD/Banker’s Cheque shall be made in favour of NTPC Ltd. payable at SBI CSTPP Area Branch Colgong (Branch code:6949) or Allahabad Bank, Branch code:0211932, NTPC Township Branch and should be submitted at NTPC, Kahalgaon.

(c) Exemption on Cost of Tender Document: Agencies having NSIC / SSI certificate (For Agencies from Bihar only) can directly apply to the AGM(C&M)/Package co-coordinator along with attested copy of NSIC certificate(attested by Notary) for issue of a copy of tender document.

Qualifying Requirements of the Bidder

  01. QUALIFYING REQUIREMENT FOR BIDDER:-

1)       Average annual financial turnover of the bidder during preceding three financial years as on the date of bid opening shall not be less than Rs.105. Lakhs.

2)       The bidder must be a manufacturer of RADIATORS for locomotives and must be RDSO/DLW approved sine last two years as on date of tender enquiry.

3)       The bidder must have successfully manufactured and supplied the radiators for WDM2 / WDG3A Locomotives to any PSU /Govt. Deptt. /State Electricity Boards / Indian Railways during last three (03) years ending last day of month previous to the one in which applications are invited.

4)       The  bidder should have executed  the above orders during last seven (07) years ending last day of month previous to the one in which bids are invited which should be either of the following :

i) Three similar orders executed each costing not less than Rs.14.00 lakhs.

                                               Or

               ii)Two similar orders executed each costing not less than Rs.17.50 lakhs

                                                        Or

               iii) One similar order executed costing not less than Rs.28.00 lakhs.        

NOTE :

a)       Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.

b)       In cases where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available, certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall also be considered acceptable.

c)       The word “executed” means that the  bidder should have achieved the progress specified in the QR even if the total order is not completed / closed. The same shall be supported by documentary evidence issued by the owner.

d)       Similar orders mean “Manufactured and supplied of radiators for WDM2/WDG3A Locomotives”.

02.      GENERAL REQUIREMENTS (to be furnished)

(i)                   Copy of  Sales Tax Registration & latest clearance certificate

(ii)                  Latest audited Annual Report / Balance Sheet as per Q.R

(iii)                Proof of being Manufacturer

(iv)                Details of In-house Testing facilities

(v)                 All documents including orders–cum-execution copy in support of QR.
