A complete set of Bidding documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in). For logging on the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user Id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date along with duly filled in questionnaire for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

Qualifying requirement  for bidder

QUALIFYING REQUIREMENT FOR BIDDER

1.0               The bidder should be a manufacturer of Gate / Dampers / Isolators for ducting system and have successfully executed the supply of above item to power station having capacity 100 MW or more during last – seven (07) years reckoned from the date of bid opening as per the following :

(a)     Three similar executed orders each costing not less than Rs.13.04 lakhs.

                                       OR

(b)     Two similar executed orders each costing not less than Rs.16.30 lakhs.

                                       OR

(c)     One similar executed order costing not less than

      Rs.26.08 lakhs.

2.0               Average annual financial turn over during last three (03) year ending 31st March of the financial year should be at least Rs.65.20 lakhs.

Note :

  1. Similar works means “Manufacturer of Gate / Dampers / Isolators for ducting system”.
  2. The word executed means “The bidder should have achieved the progress specified in the Q.R. even if the total contract is not completed / closed. The same shall be supported by documentary evidence issued by the Owner”.
  3. Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.
  4. In case where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available, certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall also be considered acceptable.
