Further, the evaluation of the bids shall
be done on the basis of total quantity of
pond Ash i.e. approximately 5,46,400
CuM.
3. The Evaluated Bid Price (EBP) would be
ranked in ascending order as L-1, L-2, L-3,
L-4, L-5 and so on, with L-1 being the one
with lowest EBP. Approximately 60% of
the total work in terms of the evaluated
monetary value of the complete scope of
works given in the PR as mentioned
above would be awarded to L-1 bidder at
the rate of their quoted price or
negotiated price (if required).
4. The total work of pond ash transportation
shall be offered to two (02) bidders in
proportion of approximately 60:40 ratio
to L-1, L-2 bidders respectively in terms
of the monetary value of works. However,
this ratio may change if any Agency(ies)
defaults to perform the work as per the
quantity of pond Ash.
5. The Evaluated Bid Price (EBP) would be ranked in ascending order
as L-1, L-2, L-3, L-4, L-5 and so on, with L-1 being the one with lowest
EBP. Approximately 60% of the total work in terms of the evaluated
monetary value of the complete scope of works given in the PR as
mentioned above would be awarded to L-1 bidder at the rate of their
quoted price or negotiated price (if required).
6. The total work of pond ash transportation shall be offered to two (02)
bidders in proportion of approximately 60:40 ratio to L-1, L-2 bidders
respectively in terms of the monetary value of works. However, this
ratio may change if any Agency(ies) defaults to perform the work as
per the conditions of the contract during execution of the work and
feedback from NHAI.
7. The L-2 bidder would also be awarded work in the ratio as mentioned
above by matching lowest finalized price with L-1 bidder.
8. In case of tie amongst the Bidders in respect of their Evaluated Bid
Price (EBP), the ranking of bidders shall be carried out on the basis of
their average annual turnover during last three financial years as
established in financial QR, with the one having higher average annual
turnover being given priority in ranking over the other one.
9. In case, if there are less than two (02) eligible/qualified bidders
agreeable to work on L-1 finalised price, the NTPC shall take an
appropriate decision in this regard.
