Dear Sir/ Madam,
1.0 Subsequent to issue of NTPC Tender Ref. No. NTPC/EOC/9900163986 dtd.
11/09/2018, following correction/ amendment may please be noted in the relevant
clauses of Bidding Document vide ref. clause 4.2 Amendment Of Bidding Document
of Salient General Terms & Conditions (GTC) Volume-I Section II:

2.0 In view of above, the last date & time for submission of the bids is extended up to
09/10/2018 14:00 Hrs and the Technical bid opening date & time shall be
11/10/2018 14:30 Hrs. Further, except above corrigendum’s all other terms &
conditions of Tender Ref. No. NTPC/EOC/9900163986 dt. 11.09.2018 shall remain
unchanged.
3.0 In case bids have already been submitted online & there is a need to change/modify
the bid, the online bid shall be modified by the bidder prior to the deadline
prescribed for bid submission i.e., 09/10/2018; 14:00 Hrs. In case no modifications
are made, it will be presumed that the submitted bid is in accordance with this
corrigendum.
4.0 This letter of amendment shall be the part of bidding documents. You are requested
to acknowledge the receipt of the same.
