certificate for getting exemption well in

advance to be received in the NTPC Mouda

office before the scheduled bid submission end

date failing which the bid shall be liable for

rejection.

Reverse Auction Not applicable

The date of opening of Price Proposal shall be intimated separately by NTPC after completion of

evaluation of Techno‐Commercial Proposal.

4.0 Qualifying Requirements: ‐

The bidders are required to fulfil the following:

(A)

The Bidder should be a MSE and manufacturer of tendered item.

Tendered item means manufacturer of squirrel cage induction motors upto

100kw

5.0 Notwithstanding anything stated above, the Employer reserves the right to undertake a

physical assessment of capacity & capabilities including financial capacity & capability of the

bidder/his collaborator(s)/associate(s)/ subsidiary(ies)/group company(ies) to perform the

contract, should the circumstances warrant such assessment in the overall interest of the

employer. The physical assessment shall include but not be limited to the assessment of the

office/facilities/banker’s/reference works by employer. A negative determination of such

assessment of capacity and capabilities may result in rejection of bid.

6.0 Documents required for fulfilment of 'Qualifying requirements' with bidder self ‐attestation

and for submission of 'TECHNICAL BID':

a)

Copy of 'Affidavit for proprietorship/partnership deed/Article of association

including changes if any' ,Copy of PAN,Copy of GST.

b)

Copies of MSE Certificate.

c)

Copy of Certificates to prove the manufacturing capacity for these items.

through NTPC e‐procurement portal, https://eprocurentpc.nic.in. For logging on to the e‐tender Site,

the bidder would require user id and Password which can be created at our portal and inform the

same to concerned package co‐ordinator.

Note: No hard copy of Bidding Documents shall be issued

8.0

a) Small Scale Industries registered for similar work with the National Small Scale Industries

Corpn. shall be exempted from payment of tender cost / Earnest Money Deposit. SSI units

are also entitled for exemption of EMD / Tender Cost. Such parties can sent the request for

Tender Documents along with copy of certificates self‐attested.

b) Small Scale Industries registered with NSIC shall be exempted from payment of Security

Deposit up to the monetary limit for which the unit is registered with NSIC.

c) Tenderers seeking exemption should enclose a photocopy of valid Registration Certificate

giving details such as validity, stores and monetary limits to the Package Coordinator / AGM

(C&M) at the address given below at least three working days prior to the last date of tender

fee payment for getting the authorization for participating in the e‐tendering.

9.0 First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least

three working days prior to Document Sale Close date and submit following details.

a)

For creation of vendor code:

i) Company/Firm registration,

ii) Copy of GST Registration, PAN no.,

iii) Valid email ID, Contact No

iv) Address Proof

v) Cancel cheque & E.F.T (to be verified by bank)

Note: Format of E.F.T (Electronic Fund Transfer) is attached along with tender

documents

b)

For registration in GEPNIC (Govt E‐procurement National Informatics Centre)

i) Go to site: https://eprocurentpc.nic.in/nicgep/app

ii) Click on Online bidder enrolment & fill up your details

iii) Send the copy of registration in Gepnic at following email

address: abhaybhattar@ntpc.co.in.

10.0 Transfer of Bidding Documents purchased by one intending bidder to another is not

permissible. NTPC takes no responsibility for any loss/delay/non‐receipt of

applications/ tenders sent by post.
