1.0 NTPC invites on-line bids from eligible Bidders for aforesaid package, as per
the scope of work briefly mentioned hereinafter:

3.0 Bid Security and InIntegrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed
envelope separately offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and
time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid
Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-
responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.
4.0 Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail: Procurement of Static Rail
Weigh Bridge as per attached technical specifications and QP.

5.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
Bidder should
1) The Average annual turnover of the bidder in the three (3) preceding financial
years, as on the date of bid opening shall not be less than Rs.67.50 Lakhs.
2) The bidder must have experience of having executed the supply, Installation &
Commissioning of Rail weigh bridge during the last (07) years as on the bid
opening date, with any of the following executed value (s) of the contract(s)
i. Single order value not less than ₹ 54.00 Lakhs
OR
ii. Two orders of value not less than ₹ 33.75 Lakhs each
OR
iii. Three orders of value not less than ₹ 27.00 Lakhs each
Notes:
(i) The word executed means that the bidder should have achieved the progress
specified in the QR even if total contract is not completed/closed.
(ii) Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.
(iii) In case where audited results for the last financial year as on the date of Techno
commercial bid opening are not available, the financial results certified by a
practicing Charted Accountant shall be considered acceptable.
(iv) The Bidder should have independent PF Code No. allotted by Regional Provident
Fund Commissioner.
(v) The bidder must have GST Registration No.
6.0 Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that
bidder is considered qualified.
7.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT
for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such
case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such
action.
