3.0 Bid Security/EMD, in original, for the requisite amount as stipulated above shall be submitted prior

to stipulated bid submission, closing date and time at the address given herein below. If Bid Security

in hard copy, in a separate sealed cover is not received or bids for which Bid Security of

inadequate value is received the same shall not be entertained and in such cases bids shall not

be opened. Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope

separately offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any

bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive

by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment

(non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned at 2.0 above in the form of a crossed

account Payee Demand Draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at SBI, NTPC Campus Branch, Br

Code – 10085 or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site

(https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart).

For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and

password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as

well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code

are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date

along with duly filled in questionnaire and the requisite demand draft for issue of vendor code

and SRM user id/password.

5.0 Brief Scope of Work

SUCCESSFUL VENDOR HAS TO SUPPLY THE FORK LIFTS AT BARH STPP.

The detailed scope of work is given in the Bidding Documents which are available at our SRM site as

per the schedule given above.

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of

purchase of bidding documents.

7.0 Qualifying Requirements of Bidders:

In addition to requirements stipulated under Section "Instructions To Bidders"(ITB), the Bidder shall

also meet the Qualifying Requirements stipulated hereunder:

7- FORK LIFTS:

1.The Bidder should be a manufacturer or their agent duly authorized for this tender of fork lift.

2.The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three financial years as on the date of bid

opening shall not be less than Rs. 46,47,769.00 excluding other income.

3. The bidder should have successfully executed purchase orders to meet either of the following criteria

during last seven years as on the date of the bid opening:-

(a) Three similar orders valuing not less than Rs. 18,59,108.00 each.

(b) Two similar orders valuing not less than Rs. 23,23,884.00 each.

Note:-

(i)Similar Order Means :- Manufacturing and Supply of Fork lift.

(ii)Complete Order Value means:- Value of actually executed portion of an order and not the order

value.

In case of purchase order under execution as on date of bid opening, the value of purchase order

carried out till date of bid opening will be considered as the value of executed order as certified by

client.

(iii) Not withstanding anything stated above, the owner reserves the right to assess the capabilities &

capacity of the bidder/his collaborators/associates/subsidiaries/group companies as case may be to

perform the contract, should the circumstances warrant such assessment in over all interest of owner

4. Bidder should have valid PAN, VAT and CST registration Certificate

5. The bidder must submit the following documents: Details of order, proof of execution, audited balance

sheet of last three years, VAT registration, CST registration, PAN to establish their credential in line

with the qualifying requirements.

8.0 Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered

qualified.

9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the invitation for bids/IFB

without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have

claim arising out of such action.
