NOTICE INVITING TENDER (NIT)

FOR

Roof Treatment Work on Residential Buildings at Township NTPC Mouda STPP (Domestic Competitive Bidding)

1.0 NTPC invites on-line bids from eligible Bidders for aforesaid package, as per the scope of work briefly mentioned hereinafter:

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at Mouda or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

THE WORK SHALL BE CARRIED OUT AT ALL C-TYPES QUARTERS, B TYPE 5 BLOCKS (B1,B2, B3 B5, AND B6) AND ONE D2-1 BLOCK AND ANY OTHER RESIDENTIAL BUILDING FOR URGENCY OR REQUIREMENT AT THE TIME OF EXECUTION IN TOWNSHIP PREMISES AT NTPC MOUDA.

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

The bidders are required to fulfil the following:

1. The bidder should have successfully executed contract(s) of #Civil Maintenance Works of Buildings OR Building Construction Works# of the following values, during last Seven (07) years as on date of bid opening in:

(a)One Contract of value not less than INR 62.00 Lakhs

OR

(b)Two Contracts of value not less than INR 39.00 Lakhs each

OR

(c)Three Contracts of value not less than INR 31.00 Lakhs each

3.In case where audited results for the last financial year as on the date of bid opening are not available, the financial

consecutive financial years preceding the last financial year shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters. Further, a Certificate would be required from the CEO/ CFO as per the format enclosed in the bidding documents stating that the Financial Results of the Company are under audit as on the date of Techno-commercial bid opening and the Certificate from the practicing Chartered Accountant certifying the financial parameters is not available.

Notes:

1)Other Income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.

2)The word #executed# means that the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified in the above Qualifying

Requirements within preceding seven (07) years period, even if the contract has been started earlier and/ or is not completed/ closed.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without

2. Digital Certificate (Class III) is a must for vendors to participate in this tender. For further details regarding this please visit #GUIDELINES TO BIDDERS# in NTPC E-Tender Website. NTPC won#t be responsible for any vendor not

of Handicrafts and Handloom or any other body specified by Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises as per

being passed over as ineligible for this concession. The documents with regard to the same should reach us at least three working days prior to Last Date of Tender Fee Payment.

4. Cl. 11 as mentioned above supersedes Cl. 4 of this document.
