3.0 Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at Not Given. or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0 Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail PROCUREMENT OF DESKTOP PCS.

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

1.BRIEF SCOPE OF WORK:

Supply, Installation and Commissioning and Warranty of Desktop PC#s. COMPLETION PERIOD: 4 months

2. The bidders who wish to participate in the bidding shall satisfactorily establish that they fulfill the following requirements.

2.1.QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS:

(i) The bidder should have successfully executed the work of Supply, Installation and Commissioning and warranty/maintenance of Desktop PCs at any reputed industrial organization/utility.

2.2 The bidder should have successfully executed similar orders during the last 07(seven) years reckoned as on the date of bid opening with either of the following:-

i.Value of at least Rs 90.47Lacs for single similar order, OR

ii.Value of at least Rs 56.55 Lacs each for two similar orders, OR

iii.Value of at least Rs 45.24 Lacs each for three similar orders

Similar orders means the bidder should have successfully executed the work of Supply, Installation and Commissioning and warranty/maintenance of Desktop PCs.

3.0 FINANCIAL CRITERIA:

AVERAGE ANNUAL TURNOVER (ATO): The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (3) financial years as on the date of bid opening shall not be less than Rs. 339.27 Lacs (Rupees Three Hundred Thirty Nine Lac and Twenty Seven Thousand only).

4.0 Notes:

(i)The work #executed# means that the bidder should have achieved the specified QR at Para 2.2 even if total contract is not completed/closed. In case of order under execution, the value of work executed till the date of opening of Techno-Commercial Proposal as certified by the bidder shall be considered.

(ii)The bidder has to produce necessary proof of the orders executed.

(iii)Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover as specified in QR Para 3.0.

(iv)In case, where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available, certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall also be considered acceptable.

(v)Notwithstanding anything stated above, NTPC reserves the right to assess the bidder#s capability & capacity of the bidder to perform the contract, should circumstances warrant such assessment in the overall interest of the NTPC Ltd.

(vi)The employer also reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/ withdraw the invitation for bids without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/ intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.

5.0 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:-

The following information is also required from the bidders about the companies where similar orders have been executed. I. Name of the customer/ company where similar order has been executed.

II. Year of execution.

III. Name & designation (Phone No. / Fax No. / email-id) of contact person of the customer.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
